How do I submit announcements for the bulletin or pulpit?

The deadline for submitting items for the Sunday bulletin is 12:00 noon on Tuesday of each week. Any changes to the deadline are announced in advance in the bulletin. Submissions must be printed clearly and can be submitted in writing to Theresa in the Parish Office or via e-mail, tmoniot@archmil.org. Please include a contact name and phone number, and indicate for how many weeks items should continue to be included in the bulletin.

The deadline for submitting a pulpit announcement for the weekend Masses is 12:00 noon on Friday of the week the announcement is to be read. The announcement must be printed clearly and must be accompanied by a signature and telephone number. Submission can be made either directly to the Director of Liturgy and Music or electronically, desaulniersd@archmil.org.

Occasionally, due to holidays or vacations, these deadlines might change. Watch the bulletin for advance notice of these changes.
