How do I obtain a copy of my Baptismal Certificate?
Call the Parish Office (358-4600). They will ask you for your name, birthday, and approximate date of Baptism, as well as for any spellings that might be difficult to read in the records. If you are in our records, a certificate will be typed up and sent out within a day or two. You can have it sent to you, or directly to the church where it is needed.
